Trudi I.T. Solutions (“Trudi,” “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to trudi.tech and people who contact us. This page explains what we collect on the public site, why we use it, and how to reach us.

What we collect on this site
- Messages you send us — when you email or call us, we receive your name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us. This site has no contact form.
- Technical logs — standard web server and CDN logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
- Cookies — Cloudflare may set a cookie that protects the site from abuse. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. Text fonts are files on this site, not a request to Google. A notice on the first visit explains that, and closing it is remembered in this browser (statement version 2026-09-28). “Cookie choices” in the footer shows the notice again.
We do not ask for passwords, account numbers, or identity documents through the public marketing site.
How you contact us
This site has no contact form. You reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +63 919 000 2209, and Trudi receives that message or call directly. We use it to respond to you. This page is the full notice, including how to withdraw.
If you sent an inquiry through the contact form this site used before, you can withdraw the consent you gave then. To withdraw consent, or to ask us to stop using your message, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will stop using the inquiry to continue the conversation. Records we must keep for a short business period follow the retention note below.
Why we use it
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Operate and secure the website.
- Improve content clarity (aggregate, non-marketing profiling).
We do not sell personal data. We do not use public-site inquiries for automated credit or employment decisions.
Sharing
Companies that help us run this website receive what they need to do that job. Cloudflare protects the site. DigitalOcean hosts it. These companies may process that data outside the Philippines. We may also share information with advisors when that is needed to answer you or to meet a legal duty. We do not publish visitor lists. Google is not used for fonts or analytics on this site.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then deleted or archived with access limited. Server logs follow host retention defaults unless shortened.
Your rights (Philippines)
Depending on the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, you may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject.
Children
The site is aimed at institutional and professional audiences, not children.
